Dunny from Holly Bruegman on Vimeo.

Dunny, my sweet sweet Dunny. He is the most honest horse I have ever ridden. Just gives me everything he has, every time. Dunny has a heart that you don’t find often, he loves running barrels and just wants to please. However it is time for me to prioritize a few items on my life list. And it is time for Dunny to educate someone else on the fact that running barrels because it is fun. I lost sight of that for awhile. My confidence builder needs a new student. I am forever grateful for Ross and Nikkie for giving me the opportunity to ride Dunny. But it is time for me to prioritize a few items on my life list. So I am sadly announcing that Dunny is for sale. View his ad on Barrel Horse World.

Don King Days 2011

Last year after attending Don King Days we decided to commit to coming the next year as well. Well this year was no disappointment either. Great friends, cowboy stuff and beautiful weather made it a very enjoyable weekend for all! Check out last years report, here. Here are a few pictures, Colt had the honor of announcing the bronc riding. He is in the white shirt on the little bay horse(Lil Man of course).   Speaking of Lil Man, he always gets stopped in crowd. We answer no he is not for sale alot! I enjoyed a quick trip through King’s Saddlery. Have you been there? If not it should be on your bucket list to walk through and take in the museum. King Ropes and Saddlery We stayed with our friend Owen; He is quite the host; Really a character that guy. I got to visit my best friend Kaycee. She rode my dun horse, and WOW does she make a horse look good. Speaking of Kaycee, I watched her beautiful daughter charm the boys, just like her momma used to do at high school rodeos.   The bronc riding was just as exciting as last year! And just like last year JJ Butler took home another coveted Don King Days Buckle. Enjoy this video I made to showcase Billy Farmer and JJ Butler riding bucking horses on the grass.
